Terms & Conditions for the Investors:

1. Investor will be a shareholder of any specific plantation project;
2. One share is valued at the expenses of 1 hectare of Jatropha plantation;
3. Entry price of one share is offered @ Rs.25, 000/-;
4. One investor can have max 10 shares or invest for max 10 hectare plantation;
5. All returns on investment / dividends will be paid to shareholders at the end of every year;
6. All investors will be communicated through e-mail & past-mail;

The actual time of harvest will be determined by our experts. They register the growth of all plants growing on our plantations. Be advised that from the moment of harvest until the seeds will be processed to produce bio-diesel, several months may laps. The price of bio-diesel will be calculated approximately 25 days before the sales date.
